Check-in starts at 4 p.m., check-out is until 12 noon.

A lockable bike room and a washing station are located in our garage. For your clothes there is a drying room.

We offer a rich breakfast buffet
in Summer daily from 7 to 10 a.m.
in Winter daily from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m.

For the small guests there is a playroom (without supervision), table tennis (indoor and outdoor) and table football.
For children up to 2 years we allocate a baby cot for surcharge of CHF 20.00 per day.
At the valley station there is a day nursery. We also organise baby sitters (about CHF 30.00 per hour).

Well-trained dogs are welcome in our basic and gallery rooms. Per day and pet we charge CHF 25.00 without food. We set up towels, a cover and bowl in the room for your dog.

The Grisons are with 15 golf courses a paradise for al golfers. The courses Buna Vista Sagogn and Domat/Ems are the nearest.

With the Flims Laax guest card you can use the local bus between Falera center, Laax Caltgera, Fidaz Waldrand and Flims Vallorca for free and benefit from other reductions. For the digital version, we will send you a link by email before your arrival or you will receive the paper guest card upon arrival. Sports shops, ski school, day nursery and valley station Crap Sogn Gion are within walking distance.

Half-board contains a 4-course menu by choice (1. starter or salad, 2. soup, 3. choice between two main courses, 4. dessert, fruit- or cheese plate), Saturday buffet night (subject to change).
In winter you can also enjoy cheese Fondue or Reclette instead (included in half-board prices, Fondue Chinoise and Bourguignonne with a surcharge of CHF 20.00).
Vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free or other allergy-free meals are possible on request for an additional charge. Vegan half-board is not possible. Our à la carte menu also offers something vegetarian and vegan.

Hiking guides, timetables and information about guided hiking tours you get in the hotel.
Please pre-order thermo breakfast and lunch packets. We have some hiking sticks to borrow.

Tickets are available at our reception.
Each room has its own ski locker. From the ski room you can get underground directly to the valley station – Ski-in Ski-out. For shoes there is a separated drying room.

We have some sledges to borrow.

In winter now and then there is a snow chain or 4×4 obligation. Please check the road conditions.
