Enjoy a traditional Swiss fondue at Clavau Pign
The fondue stable is a genuine insider tip in Laax and is hidden in the rear part of the hotel. The entrance is not signposted or obvious, but that’s what makes it so special. An unassuming wooden door leads into a rustic cabin, where guests are served traditional Swiss fondue in a cosy ambience.

- Cheese fondue with bread, Gschwellti (potatoes boiled in their skins) and preserved vegetables (no meat)
- Raclette with Gschwellti and preserved vegetables (no meat)
- Meat fondue with fries and Gschwellti, sauce selection, preserved vegetables and fruit

Winter:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m.
High season: Wednesday to Saturday from 6 p.m.
Between Christmas and New Year: every day from 6 p.m.
Summer:
We can serve cheese fondue and fondue chinoise in the bar & lounge or on our terrace subject to advance reservation.
